Things to ponder...

What God has planned for people who love him is more than eyes have seen or ears have heard. It has never even entered our minds! (1 Cor. 2:9 CEV)

It was not the soldiers who killed him (Jesus), nor the screams of the mob: It was his devotion to us. (Max Lucado)

My faith does not rest on what I am or will be or will feel or will know, but in what Christ is, in what He has done, and in what He is now doing for me. (Charles Spurgeon)

God will not change His mind regarding our salvation; once in Christ we will never be forsaken. As we cannot earn our way into His favor, so we cannot sin our way out of it. (R.C. Sproul)

Our relationship with God must be a constant thing if it is to impact our life and the lives of others. Our faith may be a way of life, but until Jesus has access to every aspect of our life, we are not truly His. There must be constant awareness of His presence, constant dependence on Him for guidance, and constant praise. (Mary Morrison Suggs)

To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable, because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you. (C. S. Lewis)

No one is beyond His grace. No situation, anywhere on earth, is too hard for God. (Jim Cymbala)
